One of the dishes I really love from my mon is Fish cooked in a clay pot. Although the ingredient is very simple: fish sauce, oil, pepper, palm sugar and chilli if desired, but it is the tastiest food in Asian Cuisine. For our family, this dish is always the best choice and never be missed on the list of the winter’s menu.

I learnt the recipe for this dessert from a food magazine. I totally fell in love with it after the first try. Fresh coconut milk, Chia seeds and any fruit you add will give the food more flavour. I made this dessert again for my sister’s birthday and red dragon fruit gave the food not only more flavour but also the elegant look.

This image was taken at a food and drink festival in kent in 2018 called Shemomedjamo, where I was the event photographer. The image is of street food vendor Taco Bill, crafting a delicious chicken taco with precision. I know it’s delicious because after the image was taken I ate it.

My husband enjoyed so much when he made this burger as it brought back all the memories when he was young at the time working at a burger shop The beauty of the burger had urged me to ask him to do something to show his interaction in the shot before we ate it. He said,” Yes, I will give you the hands of the chef”.
